World Changers Collection II

World Changers is a Vice Chancellor sponsored project that celebrates impactful research in the Leeds academic community. 9 essays were chosen, each with a different area of interest but highlighted the Universities core values.

My task was to take the visual identity created by an external agency for season 1, and develop it for season 2. I took creative leadership on this project, deciding to change to colour scheme which was the effectively rolled out across all assets. This included graphics, the photography and the new video assets needed for collection two. I effectively lead the team to create these assets, whilst also organising simultaneous photo and video shoots.

Each essay had their own graphic in the new colour schemes. These graphics were mostly used on the website, with text added over the top to aid with accessibility.

Each essay had a walking introduction with the author. This was posted to social media alongside a link to their essay.

For each essay, I created a 60 second elevator pitch video. The aim was for the author to summarise their essay in a short and snappy way, to encourage people to go and read their full essay. These videos were published to social media alongside a link to their essay.
